Adult
The Navajo Department of Corrections Crownpoint District is a direct supervision facility built in 2011 and receiving permanent certificate of occupation in May 2013. The Adult facility capacity is a 42 bed facility that serves the Eastern Navajo Agency. The 50,764 square foot facility consist of a covered sally port, an intake/holding unit, four main housing pods, fully operational kitchen, laundry services, indoor gym, outdoor recreation yards, warehouse, class rooms, counseling rooms, a library, a training room, and a fitness room for staff. The facility is staffed with one Corrections Lieutenant, three Corrections Sergeants, twenty one Corrections Officers, one Food Service Coordinator and two Cooks that operate the facility operations on a 24/7 basis.
Juvenile

The 8,943 square foot facility consist of a sally port, an intake/holding unit, two main housing pods, laundry services, outdoor recreation yard, counseling room, a library.
Food service is cratered from the Adult facility kitchen for Juvenile Meals. The facility is staffed with Two Corrections Sergeants, Ten Corrections Officers, and one Cook that operate the facility operations on a 24/7 basis.
